Bryan Haralovich

With over 20 years of public accounting and business related experience, Bryan specializes in providing financial services to entrepreneurs from private to public companies including charities, government departments and agencies. In his role as an audit partner at Welch LLP he provides a range of assurance services, technical accounting advice, income tax planning and compliance and financial statement internal control advisory services. He has a passion for supporting entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses by leveraging his extensive experience as a business advisor.

Bryan graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting in 1990. He obtained his CA designation in 1992 and his CPA designation in 2000.

Prior to joining Welch, Bryan was supporting clients as a partner with a global accounting firm.

Bryan leads Welch’s Technology Services group. He has served technology companies from start-up to successful exit, including support with public and private financing. The majority of Bryan’s clients have had a global footprint and the experience he gained in that sector allows him to support entrepreneurs in managing issues arising from doing business abroad.

He has served Boards or Directors and Audit Committees in his role as an audit partner and acted as the Audit and Finance committee chair for three separate organizations.

Hobbies/ talents

Hockey, motorcycle racing and spending time with my wife and children.

Most memorable vacation

Trip in 1998 to East Africa where we hired a personal driver to take us from North to South Kenya including Samburu in the North, Masai Mara in Central Kenya and Ambesoli in South Kenya with a visit to Tanzania (Ngorongoro Crater) and finishing in Mombasa, Kenya on the Indian Ocean.
