Adam Nihmey

Adam joined Welch Capital Partners in 2018 as our Managing Director, Valuation & Litigation Support and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Since 1998, Adam has worked with a number of large and small financial organizations including Merrill Lynch Canada (now CIBC Wood Gundy), Export Development Canada, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Providence Wealth Corporation and Capacity Financial. Adam’s areas of expertise include business valuations, investment analysis and due diligence, business case and business plan development, options analysis and sensitivity/scenario analysis, project finance modeling, business and securities valuations, and financial analysis and modeling.

Adam has also provided strategic support and advice to directors, senior officers and management in both the public and private sector, successful investors and other advisors (accountants, lawyers, financial planners, etc.).

Adam is also the Volunteer Founder and President of the Eldercare Foundation of Ottawa (www.eldercarefoundation.ca), an Ottawa-based charity that provides funding, programs and support to enhance the lives of seniors living in long-term care.
