EDICA au forum sur l’inclusion en milieu de travail de l’Université Carleton (en anglais)

It was an amazing experience attending the inaugural Carleton University Inclusive Workplace Forum, which took place on October 17th, 2022 at the new Nicol building.
A few of our EDICA team members were able to attend the gathering, meant for students and employers to come together and learn from one another on how to create a culture of inclusion in the workplace.
There were two key panels during the event. Panel 1 focused on social identity and inclusion in the workplace. Panel 2 focused on the creation of a culture of access for people living with disabilities in the workplace.
Hearing from other employers and students about their goals for an inclusive workplace was inspiring and we look forward to exploring ways to adopt some of these best practices at Welch LLP.
