Alex Mitrovic
Alex joined Welch LLP full-time in 2014 and received his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2016. He became a Principal in the firm in 2024.
Alex has extensive experience supporting owner-managed businesses with their accounting, assurance and tax needs, from ongoing compliance to planning and re-organizations. He has two main areas of focus and expertise: clients who operate in the Franchise industry, and those in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) & Real Estate industries. He is part of a diverse team and relies on other professionals and specialists at Welch to deliver a holistic solution to client’s various business needs.
Alex is also in charge of keeping abreast of developments in Canadian ESG sustainability standards and related regulations in order to assess the potential impact on Welch’s clients, and is leading the firm’s inaugural internal impact and sustainability assessment.
