Welch LLP Land Acknowledgement

Welch LLP acknowledges that its work, and the work of its community partners, takes place on the traditional and treaty territories of the Indigenous Peoples who have inhabited this land we now call Ontario, and Quebec since time immemorial.

As part of the corporate sector, we recognize Action no. 92 of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Welch LLP looks to the United Nations Declarations on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as a reconciliation framework to guide its corporate policies and operational activities involving Indigenous peoples and their lands and resources across the province.

Headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Welch LLP has twelve offices located across Ontario and Quebec, including Belleville, Campbellford, Cornwall, Gatineau, Nappanee, Ottawa, Pembroke, Picton, Renfrew, Toronto, Trenton and Tweed. We are grateful to all First Nation, Métis, and Inuit people who live alongside us in these urban centers and work to strengthen our communities.
