Bruce Raganold

With more than 25 years of experience helping companies maximize the value of their accounting, tax, and business advisory relationships, Bruce is known for building meaningful connections and creating long-term value through trusted partnerships. His approach is simple: bring the right people together and identify opportunities to add value at every stage of the journey.

Before joining Welch LLP, Bruce held senior business development roles at PwC and in the high-tech sector. He has since continued to play an important role in relationships across the Ottawa and Toronto business communities.

Beyond the office, Bruce is deeply involved in the community and is passionate about making Ottawa an even better place to live, work, and play. He currently serves on the boards of the Ottawa Film Office and the Financial Executives International Canada, National Capital Region Chapter. He is also a member of the organizing committee for Ronald McDonald House SkiFest. Previously, Bruce served as a board member and Chair of the Membership Committee for the Rideau Club, as well as a long-standing board member of the Canadian Club of Ottawa.

When he is not connecting people who would benefit from getting to know one another, Bruce enjoys music, food, film and television, board games, the outdoors, and spending time with his family, including his son, Josh, who also works at Welch.
