Scott Murdoch

Scott has been providing audit and business advisory services for over 20 years. His client focus has been government agencies, not-for-profit organizations as well as private sector owner-managed businesses; particularly in the automotive, professional and construction sectors.

Scott joined Welch in 1988 after graduating from the University of Ottawa with a Commerce Degree (specialization in Accounting).

Apart from a 1-year management position within another national accounting firm, Scott has been with Welch since the beginning of his career. Scott received his CA designation in 1991 and was promoted to Partner in 2001.

Scott was named one of Ottawa’s 2005 Top Forty under 40.
