BKR Europe Porto Gala: From June 1st, to June 4th, Micheal Burch, Managing Partner at Welch LLP and Bryan Haralovich, Partner at Welch LLP attended the BKR EMEA Conference. The Conference provided a glimpse into the firm of the future, and highlighted the changes that are taking place in our profession/ how they will have a significant and will profound impact on the way we do business in the future. Technology is a big driver of this change as is the modern work force and their specific needs and desires.
During their stay for the conference, they represented Welch LLP by participating in the largest race in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series. A total of 62,772 entrants from 2,282 companies took part in the 3.5-mile (5.6km) road race through the streets of one of Europe’s most prominent financial centers.
Members of BKR (including Micheal Burch from Welch LLP Ottawa) joined the Schiff-Martini & Cie team for this record breaking challenge in Frankfurt, Germany.
