Kiran Olynik

Kiran works primarily with automotive retail and private enterprise clients, bringing a steady, practical, and client‑focused approach to every engagement. She is passionate about helping clients maximize their personal wealth by supporting the growth and management of their business ventures. Kiran particularly enjoys guiding small businesses through the incorporation process to optimize tax‑saving opportunities, while also applying these strategies to support larger corporate clients.

Kiran earned her Bachelor of Commerce with a Specialization in Accounting from Carleton University. After leaving the firm in 2023 to take on a Financial Controller role in the private sector, she returned to Welch in late 2025. With experience both inside the firm and within industry, she brings a well‑rounded perspective to every engagement.
