On June 20th, Welch LLP Cornwall and Ottawa co-hosted a Private Tour and Networking Reception at the newly reinvented exhibition space at the National Gallery of Canada: The Canadian and Indigenous Galleries.
This event was presented by Gowling WLG in Partnership with Welch LLP in honour of National Aboriginal Day.
Cornwall Partner, Alain Gravelle, had the opportunity to thank and present a token of appreciation to guest speaker Jennifer David (of the Cree, Chapleau Cree First Nation), a senior consultant at NVision Insight Group Inc. subsequent to a warm welcome by Cam Cameron, Partner at Gowling WLG, and remarks from Jennifer on the growing influence of Indigenous business in Canada.
