[su_row][su_column]On July 18th, 2017 the federal government released draft legislation which would have a material impact on tax planning for business owners. We are of the view that the policy changes are unwarranted and would be very harmful to the business community.
The government has requested commentary from all stakeholders, but the consultation period is short – comments must be received by October 2nd, 2017.
