Welch LLP Proud to Support Skifest 2022

Welch LLP is proud to support Skifest, the annual fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House Charity.
This year’s Skifest event took place on March 10, 2022 at Mont Ste-Marie with a goal of raising $199,200 to keep the doors open and families served as they continue to navigate their child’s medical needs. They chose that very specific number in honour of the year that Skifest was launched: 1992.
The Skifest online auction was also part of the fundraising event, which had a list 52 items up for bidding. One listing in particular was a chance for two to race at speeds of up to 150 km/h with Olympic bobsledders Cody Sorensen and Chris Spring on a track in Whistler!
The money raised from Skifest over its 30-year history has cumulatively saved RMH families $6 million in out-of-pocket expenses.
The Welch LLP team had a fantastic time at Skifest 2022, and is already looking forward to next year’s event!
