WelchGroup advises ADGA on recent acquisition

OTTAWA, MARCH. 8, 2018 News – WelchGroup Consulting, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Welch LLP, served as the exclusive financial advisor to ADGA Group Consultants, a decades-old defence services company in Ottawa, in connection with the acquisition of Extravision Video Technologies, a privately-held video security and surveillance technologies company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
