Congratulations to New Partner, Christina Morgan!

Welch LLP is proud to announce the promotion of Christina Morgan to Partner, recognizing her exceptional professional achievements, deep commitment to client service, and longstanding dedication to the firm.

Christina has been a key member of the Welch Cornwall office since joining the firm in May 2012. Over the past decade, she has built a reputation for excellence in assurance services, working with a wide range of clients across diverse industries. In addition to her assurance work, she plays an active role in preparing and reviewing both personal and corporate tax returns, overseeing compilation engagements, and delivering U.S. personal tax services.

Christina’s path to Partnership reflects her strong academic foundation and determination to advance in her profession. After earning a BA in Mathematics from Queen’s University, she completed the Business Administrative Accounting program at St. Lawrence College before beginning her career at Welch LLP. Shortly after joining the firm, she discovered her passion for accounting and pursued further education while working full time, ultimately completing her Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting from Athabasca University.

Her professional journey continued with the successful completion of the Common Final Examination (CFE) in September 2017. She officially earned her CPA, CA designation in March 2018.

Working in a smaller office has given Christina the opportunity to engage in a broad spectrum of assignments and initiatives beyond her client-focused work. She has been actively involved in marketing the Cornwall office, planning internal and community events, and supporting the development of her team while providing dependable, high‑quality accounting services.
