Welch LLP Co-Hosts Executive Perspective with Stratford Managers

On Tuesday, October 2nd, Welch LLP partnered with Stratford Managers to co-host an invite-only special event called “Executive Perspective, Panel Series – How to create a culture of innovation to drive business success” for 100 business executives from Toronto’s leading companies. The evening was introduced by Welch LLP Partner Kathy Steffan, moderated by Josh O’Kane of the Globe and Mail, and featured Aamer Siddiqui, Manager at Welch LLP on the panel.

Other speakers on the panel included Alan Fong from Fleet Complete, Jim Roche from Stratford Managers and Jonathan La Greca, from Hotspex Inc.

The event was held at the Design Exchange and included an exciting and lively conversation on innovation and its impact on a number of industries. The discussions included how to foster, embrace and recognize opportunities for innovation by building a culture of innovation at all levels within an organization. The audience gained firsthand insight from the panelists into strategies for achieving success in the demands of a rapidly changing business market.
