Welch Hosts Women’s Networking Breakfast for Staff

On Thursday, July 12, the Welch Women in Leadership Committee hosted a networking breakfast for all women working at Welch. The group discussion over breakfast included topics such as the barriers women face in the workplace, how to overcome these barriers, and ideas or suggestions that can help all women succeed and grow in the workplace.

The Welch women in Leadership Committee is a group of Welch staff who have a keen interest in shaping the future for women at Welch. The committee is constantly looking for ways to improve the workplace and help women succeed at Welch.
