Beginning in 2008, Welch LLP Quinte offices announced their annual scholarship in honour of the firm’s 90th Anniversary. Briar Gornall, the winner for 2016, resides in Prince Edward County and is heading to University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management where she is enrolled in the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (International Management) program. On hand for the presentation were Welch Partners Larraine Ebbers and Eleanor Guenette.
