Peter has over ten years of experience with Welch LLP, working with owner-managed businesses, family businesses and Not-for-Profit organizations. Peter brings significant expertise to clients in the real estate and construction industries, condominium corporations, national non-profit associations, family succession planning and estate planning.
Peter provides useful guidance and advice on the softer side of running inter-generational businesses including family dynamics, succession structuring and next generation coaching.
He is a 3rd generation Partner at Welch LLP, following in the footsteps of his father, John Berry, and Grandfather, Deans Berry. Peter carries on the tradition and brings a great mix of history and forward-thinking to Welch LLP.
He has experience volunteering on the Boards of various not-for-profit organizations, making him knowledgeable in governance, Board dynamics and best practices.
