The Partners of Welch LLP Belleville present the 2021 Anniversary Scholarship Award to Matthew Watters!
Beginning in 2008, the Quinte offices of Welch LLP announced they would be awarding a scholarship annually.
Matthew Watters, the winner of the Anniversary Scholarship for 2021, resides in Belleville and is heading to Wilfrid Laurier University where he is enrolled in the Business Administration program.
