Jessica first joined Welch LLP in 2007. She has had 10 years of experience in providing accounting and assurance services to clients primarily in the not-for-profit sector.
She also has extensive experience with federal government departments and agencies auditing various Contribution Agreements in the role as Project Manager.
Currently, Jessica is a member of the Welch LLP Tax Group, providing indirect tax and payroll tax advice to clients in various industries. She completed the CPA Canada In-Depth GST/HST course in 2019.
Jessica leads the Diversity and Inclusion Program at Welch LLP. She’s also a mentor and a speaker at various CPA Ontario events for Internationally Educated Professionals. Jessica speaks English and Chinese: Mandarin and Shanghainese.

Upon graduation from the University of Ottawa, I was the recipient of the Excellence in the Baccalaureate in Commerce, Honours in Accounting plaque. In 2014, I received the Telfer School of Management CGA more than Numbers Leadership Award. Over the years, I have established an enriched personal and professional life in Canada. I’m grateful for the special people that I met in Canada and the enormous career opportunities that Welch has provided to me.”
